Company Greeting & Intent

First and foremost, I want to thank all of you who have taken some time out of your day to look
through our website. Let us answer the question, "Who is Brokaw Arms?". We are an established
company that deals with all facets of the firearm industry with the primary intent of servicing the Sierra
Vista, AZ and/or Cochise County region through e-commerce methods. With the ability to utilize
current technology, we hope to provide you with whatever firearms related products you may need
with the intent to achieve the most economic price possible. However, we will not get "cheap"
confused with "quality".

We know that in many cases that you get what you pay for. What we have also realized is that
sometimes over inflated prices do not always establish the quality of the product. If you seek either a
new or used firearm, reloading components, firearm parts, accessories, literature, ammunition or
optics, we will try to accommodate your needs. Please note, however, we will not always be able to
compete/match prices with some companies such as Cabela's, Scheel's, Gander Mountain, or
Sportsman's Warehouse, as we do not buy in the volume that they do. Even though we are a
recognized retailer for many of the same manufacturers, we do not fall into the same bracket as they do
when it comes to orders. Prices on some items will not be much more than theirs, but what we have
that they do not is the ability to much more fluid when it comes to customer orders. This is where the
cost difference of their products meets our fluid capability. If you need it, we can find it. Most of the
large retailers will tell you that if they do not have it on their shelf or in their catalog/website then they
can not get it for you. I'm sure that it can be agreed that no customer wants to limit themselves to what
is on the shelf or what is in a catalog if that is not the product that you want.

Associated Companies

Brokaw Arms is not only servicing the Grand Forks/Red River Valley area, but also working towards
national contract agreements with other companies and state, county and city agencies. Establishing
working relationships with such companies as Ronin Global Solutions, LLC ,we hope to be able to
provide the necessary firearm related needs to various organizations with the help of the other
companies stated.

Brokaw Arms and all associated companies are founded by current and former members of the US
Special Operations community (including veterans of US Air Force TACP, Combat Applications
Group (formerly Special Forces Operational Detachment Delta or Delta Force), Special Forces, and
75th Ranger Regiment).

Founders Background

An Iraq War veteran, Brokaw Arms was founded by a former member of the United States Army
Special Operations Forces (SOF). Having served with such prestigious and elite units as the 75th
Ranger Regiment, Theatre Special Operation Detachment - Korea (Airborne) and Special Operations
Team - A/B in the Special Forces, he continues to serve our nation in the United States Army
Reserves while maintaining this company.

Although not directly related, he has also worked extensively in the beef industry and is fully aware of
the needs of farmers and ranchers when it comes to their needs as far as firearms. This is particularly
the case for ranchers protecting their livestock. Not only is he aware of the noise dangers and hearing
protection requirements of the farmer around equipment, but also the need for a reliable rifle to combat
coyotes attacking calves during the calving season.

Founders Note

After returning from Iraq with the Special Forces, I realized that one of the best ways to clear my mind
was to go to the range. After having been away from my family for over two years and returning from a
conflict that is continually proving more and more difficult, I realized that my mind was not able to be
cleared by simply counting to ten. The ability to acclimate back to civilian life after being gone for so
long and in an extremely different environment prompted me to indulge in an activity I love dearly. I
decided to go to the range and focus on my hobby to help clear my mind. After spending countless
hours clearing my mind by trying to improve my precision through both shooting and creating
ammunition that I had made, I decided that I should get involved with a business that I thoroughly
enjoy. The best way to make a living is to do something that you get enjoyment out of. Also, the ability
to satisfy a customer is a very gratifying experience. Hence, Brokaw Arms was officially born in
January of 2007. We hope that we will be able to service your needs effectively and provide you with
the quality products that you may require, whether it be competition, military, law enforcement or shear
